Before working with Jessica I was very closed off from my feelings and emotions. I had a lot of loss that happened recently and was extremely unhappy with myself and how everything was going in my life. I was bottling up my emotions and playing the victim card without even realizing it. When I started working with Jess, I was in a dark place with myself. Freshly coming out of a breakup, questioning myself, always thinking I was the problem, that people judged me, and full of anxiety.
